My stay at the hotel was a truly delightful experience. The rooms were impeccably clean and very comfortable, featuring excellent pillows and a bed that was especially cozy. The service was outstanding, with a friendly and informative staff that truly went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The location was superb, making it easy to access everything I wanted to do. However, the dining options were a bit pricey, though the quality was exceptional. The facilities were top-notch, offering amenities that made my stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel is in a beautiful and very quiet location, offering larger rooms than the standard with convenient amenities like a Keurig coffee/tea setup and a spacious shower. However, the view from the rooms overlooks an abandoned warehouse with homeless individuals nearby.
The hotel is conveniently located between Baylor University and the downtown shopping areas, making it easy to find and close to popular attractions. The rooms are clean and in good shape, although there was a slight smell. The service was professional and friendly, with some minor awkward moments. The dining options included healthy snacks but the breakfast could be improved. Overall, a comfortable stay with great value for money.
